    How many people are you hoping to accomodate? Do you have any preference for location/look?

    If you're in Miami, I'd recommend restaurants such as Red Fish Grill, The Chart House, and my venue, The 94th Aero Squadron.

    Miami Beach Botanical Gardens is nice. 
    Coco Plum is my absolute favorite!

    I think if you give us your "must haves" and budget then we'd be able to better narrow it down.
    Like some people want to avoid catering halls; however, catering halls are great when it comes to budget weddings and "all inclusive" packages.  So it all depends on what you are looking for...let us know. 

    Plus, take a look at the "Wedding Vendor Reviews" thread on this board.  Those reviews may help you.

    I'm getting married at the DoubleTree Grand Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami. Their Grand Ballroom and adjoining waterfront terrace are very pretty, especially at night. The catering manager, Adriana, is great, too.

    What TYPE of venue are you looking for? Ballroom, beach, off-beat, etc?
