addressing invites

How do you address an invite to sisters who live together? And this may be dumb to ask but what about married couples who have different last names? Do you put Mrs still of Miss?

Also, is it ok to not invite my cousin? Even though his parents, his two sisters and their families and even his kids are invited, and he knows it? I absolutely cannot stand him and I really don't want him there. I just didn't know if I was wrong to not invite him.

    3. That's going to depend on your family dynamic. What will happen if you don't invite him?

    No they are younger, well all under 18 I mean. He does not live with any of them, he lives with his parents. He knows I don't like him and I know he doesn't like me so I really don't see the point in inviting him if I really don't want him there.
