We are thinking about a Colorado honeymoon after our July wedding and I'd like advice from people who really know the area! We are an active couple so we want to be outside, able to do different activites, but I'd also like a nice resort-y feel if possible - maybe private cabins? I've heard Steamboat Springs is pretty amazing? Any advice or resources would be appreciated!
Re: Colorado honeymoon?
Are some idea that pop in my head. hope you find what your looking for..
here is a colorado website to maybe help you..

www.devilsthumbranch.com we got married there and have been back for special occasions (by birthday, our anniversary etc). They have private cabins as well as lodge rooms. Its near Winter Park. Lots of summer time activities. On the actual ranch you can hike, fly fish, ride horses, etc. LOVE it up there!

We honeymooned in Telluride (SE corner of Colorado)...it was really nice as well but its kinda remote & the drive was about 7 hours from Denver. If you want to have a variety of things to do I'd recommend staying close to the I-70 corridor
