New to Colorado Board!!

Hi ladies!

Just wanted to do a quick intro and say hello....

I am new to the CO board but not to the knot. I guess I am not a "true" CO bride since we decided on a destination wedding in St. Lucia but we are doing our At Home Reception here in Colorado, hopefully in June 2011 and I really love the Grand Hyatt for a location. Anybody having their wedding there?

We are doing a full reception with all the traditions all over again so it's pretty much the reception just without the ceremony.

I can't wait to hear all about your upcoming weddings and all your vendor recommendations!

    Welcome to the board! :)  Your ceremony in St. Lucia sounds wonderful!  There are a few girls on the CO board who have had destinations wedding & then did at home receptions.  Again, welcome!

    Hello & welcome!   I love the away wedding and hometown party!

    I've been to a wedding reception at the GH and it was stunningly gorgeous.  The groom said the were really great, service-wise, planning, etc.  Good luck!

    oooh, St. Lucia, I am jealous!!! The Grand Hyatt would be amazing - we are lucky in Colorado because there are so many beautiful venues. If you need a wedding planner, try The Celebration Studio - we used them for our wedding and they were amazing!
