Masterpiece in suite set-up time

  I have my reception starting at 5PM. MC wanted to be in by 430 to set up and get it all ready by the 5PM start time. I do not plan on having a day of coordinator.  I plan on having someone there from my family to let them in while we are out on a strip tour after the ceremony.

  I thought he had told me they want to be there 45 minutes before ceremony start time to set up.  We are having a DOC help set up suite/meet vendors.
