Outdoor venues

Hey girls- long time, no see!  I hope everyone is doing well and having fun planning their weddings :)

A girl that I work with is getting married and would like an outdoor venue with the possibility of an indoor area in case of weather issues.  She's looking at having around 150-200 guests and is looking for something reasonably priced.  I think she's open to bringing in her own caterer, and she's looking to have a laid back, casual wedding. I only looked at a few venues and they were all indoor because I was planning for October, so I don't have much insight to offer her.

Does anyone have any info on outdoor venues?  I could always count on getting great info from you girls :)  Thanks!

    I am seriously doubting she wants to go all the way to MV, but here is my shameless plug for my awesome venue The Beach Plum Inn. You can do things indoors and outside depending on how you configure the party.

    My place is great, and we're doing outdoor in October. The "indoor" plan is really just a tent - a little scary for me, too - but it fits all of her other criteria!  Check it out -- www.fivebridgeinn.com.

    There is also a place in quincy called summer house, I think it is run by the caterers domenic and anthony.  I don't know too much about it though.

    My venue the Stevens Estate in North Andover - well tented with all sides open...so maybe 75% outside ;)  ceremony is outside.

    Not completely outside but Brooksby Farms is great for a casual, outdoor-feel wedding.  The ceremony is outside and reception in a barn (with back doors opening to apple orchard). It's gorgeous and very rustic.
