We ordered out invitations through Hallmark and today they came in! Well I get there to pick them up, my FI suggested I look them over them, which I didn't want to do because we got a proof. I just assumed they would be as the paper showed.  Well, I'm glad I did look at them! They not only had our names wrong, but the date and time as well! 

I was NOT having that! The lady told me I still had to pay for them. HA! yeah right! I told her I wasn't paying for them because that is definitely NOT what was on the proof AND it was not my fault they screwed them up! She suggested I was given the wrong paper! SERIOUSLY?! Thank God I had it the proof in my car! I showed it to her and she still insisted I pay for it. So I asked for the manager and explained to her what was going on. Needless to say I got my invitations fixed and they were free. YAY!

    Thank goodness! I cannot believe she still insisted that you pay for them even after showing her the proof. That is ridiculous. I would have been screwed because knowing me I would have lost the proof at that point, lol. Good job!

    Well, I told her manager I was insulted because her employee thought I was that stupid! I had the copy of HER handwriting and it was right one the paper. On the invite it was totally wrong.. I've lost it a number of times, but once again thanks to my FI he is always sticking it in places he remembers. lol.

    That was totally unacceptable on their part, and I think that was one of the few justified times that you are allowed to go bridezilla on someone LOL!  Good for you for arguing with them until you got them for free!

    Invitations are a big part for a wedding and you want them to be right. I still think when I left, they thought I  should have paid for them. I refused to and when I stick my foot down, it usually stays that way!
