How early did you book your venue with them and were you able to negotiate successfully? If so, who did you work with?

    I booked in the beginning of June 2012, for my July 2013 wedding. I really wanted the Imperial ballroom, and they only had one day available in July of next year and nothing in June. If you are interested, I would go talk to them soon!
     
    While pricing was fair, they did NOT negotiate!

    I booked about 14 months in advance and there were only a few days left in the month I wanted. i was able to get them down a bit in pricing which was extremely helpful. I thought the pricing was fair compared to other places I checked.
