The weekend went by way too fast. I finished up the templates for the invites, inserts, and RSVPs. This week is going to be all about assembling the invites, so *hopefully* they'll be ready to mail next Monday. I also ordered the RD invites, and they should arrive next week. I've had it planned for a while that this week was going to be the "Invite Hell Week" (like my own personal Pledge I-Week, lol). But I totally forgot that this week is also the HUGE Sales/Kick Off of the Year Week at work, and it's CRAZY busy for me. I hope I can survive the week, AND finish my invites.
FI has today off of work, so this morning, while I was getting ready to leave I set aside all the papers/things he'll need to finalize the hotel blocks and emailing stuff to his BM and GMs so that they can order their suites. Knottie vibes are going to be needed so that he'll actually do it today, and not put it off for ANOTHER week! If I'm going to send off the invites next week, those hotel blocks need to be set up!
And since I was so busy getting stuff situated for this busy week, I totally forgot to put my contacts on. So I'm "blind" today, I'm really near-sided and everything faraway looks blurry. I hope the rest of the week goes a little more smoothly.
