And other knotties that attended the wedding. 
How was the portrait booth? Was it just as much fun as a photo booth? I'm really interested in it, but FI is worried that people won't "break out of their shell" if someone is taking the picture. What are your review?

    I think if you have some props (and maybe a little alcohol) people will start to break out of their shells.  Especially if you and your DH take a couple of pictures with your family and friends and be goofy.

    I have been to a wedding where that was an actual photo booth and I went to xxquemirasxx wedding and I actually like them both just as much.

    The good thing about an actual photographer being there, you dont have to worry about the camera snapping when you arent ready...lol

    Either way, I think it is something that adds a little more fun to the wedding...

    I attended and I loved it! She had props like; silly hats, huge glasses, masks, scarfs..etc. I think it added a reallyfun detail to the wedding and guests enjoyed it. I totally recommend it. Too bad I couldnt afford it :|

    I think it was great!!!!!  We got so many compliments the whole night...just we had LOTs of props and actually the main attraction was JB....YES JUSTIN BIEBER Tongue out

    We had a cut out of JB and everyone LOVED IT!!!!!! Even our photographer went nuts when she saw him. lol Since kids weren't at the wedding alot of the parents took pics with JB and went home and showed their kids. Their mouths dropped!

    So yes it was fun...LOTS!!!!! I think either way it will be a blast!!!!

    And yes alcohol always "relaxes" everyone!Wink

    No we both them ALL! Pamela just showed up took pics and then printed 2 copies one for our guest book and the other for the guest to take home.

    akavanagh-I'm not sure if you have contacted Pamela or you have another photographer. But Pamela told us she was moving to NYC. So her services are NO longer local. Bummer I know.

    BUT...

    I got an email from my DOC a couple of Days ago she is NOW offering the same services. I kinda asked her about it just to keep her in mind for any other parties but I think she'll include props but as for pricing I have NO clue.

    She's offering 25% off right now if you book before November if I am correct.

    you should contact her if you are interested...just thought I'd share a little info
