  I don't know if you have been to Fansty Hall  yet.. I checked it out and it was ok inside but outdies was not and the location was TERRIBLE! So don't get your hopes up...

  Try Two Rivers Mansion.  There is the capacity for an outdoor ceremony and tables/chairs are provided for the indoor reception.  Rates are $165/hour with minumum 6 hours.
