Question about adding straps/sleeves to a dress?

Hey all -
I bought my wedding dress because I took my grandmother dress shopping and, despite it not being what I really wanted, it made her so happy that I just went with it. The only thing that hasn't grown on me is that it's a strapless dress - I really wanted something with cap sleeves or at least spagetti straps - I realize that it's a corset back and that that will in theory keep it well up, but it will make me feel MUCH better knowing theres a back up to keep me from flashing everyone at my wedding. XD

You can definitely add straps to that. Cap sleeves would look great!

Very pretty dress!!! as PP said you can definitely add cap sleeves! It would look very nice. A lot of designers sell the fabric that the dress is made out of by the yard so you can have the sleeves made out of the exact same fabric.

Dress is beautiful! And the seamstresses out there are like dress goddesses. They can add things and still keep it looking stunning! :

i am sure you can do it - i would love to see an after pic - I think the dress is gorgeous as is and you dont need to - but if it makes you happy - you are the bride get what ever you want!
