Hotels

Hi people,

How soon before the wedding should you contact hotels for your guests? Are there any specific questions you are asking or have asked?

Thanks ladies!

We did it months ago and we are getting married in May so really any time I would, I figured the sooner the better....We really wanted a "bridal suite"  room for us and we wanted a bar that would be open so we could go back to after the reception and continue the party we also really wanted a shuttle to bring people to the reception hall and pick us up after and bring us to the hotel we didnt want anyone to have to drive.

It's never too early to get a room block for your out of town guests.  I would look into it soon if I were you.

You should do it ASAP.  I too am getting married in May and did mine a few months ago.

As for questions, you may want to see if the hotel offers shuttle service or brunch packages for the morning after.  Those two details were conerns of mine.

Nicole, where did you end up booking.  We are looking for the same things in our hotel and are getting married in Island park.
