Still feeling a little rough but FI and I took the dogs for a walk last night so I did get some workout in as I'm getting better

Today is a cheat day food wise... our work is covering a charity luncheon (although I heard its not uber bad, a lot of good stuff with all the desserts) and then tonight I have a sushi date with a girlfriend of mine (once again, not too bad if I make the right choices). Planning to get a bit of a workout in afterwards...
Anyone have plans for today?
