Accountability - Thursday

Still feeling a little rough but FI and I took the dogs for a walk last night so I did get some workout in as I'm getting better :) Today is a cheat day food wise... our work is covering a charity luncheon (although I heard its not uber bad, a lot of good stuff with all the desserts) and then tonight I have a sushi date with a girlfriend of mine (once again, not too bad if I make the right choices). Planning to get a bit of a workout in afterwards...

Anyone have plans for today?

    Can't turn down free food at work!! :)


    I purchased tilapia from the store in an attempt to be healthy. I have to cook it tonight. Not sure how to cook it and not sure if I'll even like it but hey, there's a dress I need to fit in to! :)
  • I've lost 11 pounds since January 27th! And that's even with not going to the gym for like a month. Only 3 pounds to go! 

    Today I'm taking it easy. It's opening day of the local farmer's market, might go for a walk around the town green, doing some laundry & cleaning house in preperation to move soon.

    FI hates fish.  The only way I can get him to eat it is if I blacken it.  You can make your own blacken seasoning to control how hot it is.  I just spray a pan with Pam.  Spray the fish with it too so the seasoning sticks (less calories than oil) and cook it until you can easily cut it with a fork (it should just fall apart).

    FI and I got to bed late last night since I had class so a morning workout didn't happen again.  Tonight I just have a little bit of school work and laundry tonight so no excuse not to workout.  It'll be the first time in a while :-/  I've been pretty frustrated I haven't been working out.  I made some huge strides in toning up late Februaru thru March and once finals hit in April I lost it!  I have this really intense class until June 16 but I don't want to use that as an excuse to not even get in 2-3 workouts a week.  We have been eating pretty well though so that is good at least.

Exercising plan: Walking at lunch time so probably 2 miles around my office. Walking Macys tonight since we are doing a sip and scan event. :)</div><div>
