I need a local florist that has a nice selection but won't be charging an arm and a leg. Please send suggestions. My wedding is in October and downtown.

    Susan Foy with the Wedding Designer is amazing.  She'll work with any budget.  And as her name suggests, she designs and puts together your wedding ideas as well.  When I met with her, I felt I was getting more flowers for what she was charging me.  That is a great feeling.  Here is her blog, which is updated more than her website:

    The Flowerman, if you make your own (they help) it is less expensive and you get to have fun with your girls. He is in Centerville.
