MAKE-UP TRIAL...

So this weekend was my make-up trial...so like any other bride that wants to save a buck I was like "do I NEED a make-up trial?" I'm actually VERY happy I did!! It allowed us to play around I showed her the pic of what I wanted my make up....but after seeing it on me we decided we wanted to go a little diffferent so YES I DO RECOMMEND a make-up trial!

Also FI was there which my MOH and Mom were so repulsed but actually he was VERY helpful. He told the MUA what he liked and didn't like and thought it should change...he was my BEST critic lol well enough talk here are the pics...



So we decided to go with a lighter tone on the eyeshadow and i'm thinking more of a red burgundy for my lips.

my brows look TERRIBLE because I'm letting them grow out. But I must say I was very happy and soo glad we had a trial!  Laughing

    I really like the eyeshadow, she did a good job! ;) Although on the lip color, I agree with you, maybe you want to change that color because remember that you're going to have a burgendy color on your glasses...and since your going to have them on most of the time you might want to tone down your lip color or try to match it more with your glasses. I really like that blush color too, it goes well with your skin color. Yay for make up trials!

    You are right Vans....good observations about the glasses and my lip color I didn't even think of that lol

    I completely forgot to take my glasses with me!

    Aw, i am so happy that you enjoyed your Trial. Leaves room for mistakes and changes. Whoohoo you are so close lady!!

    I am a fan of Dramatic EYES and a little less on the lips.
    But, since you said you will be going lighter on the eyes and Burgandy on the lips, I think it will end up looking FAB!!

    I like the smokey eyes. Are you doing false lashes? For me it makes a huge difference in photos.

    Make up and Hair trials are a must!

    I almost cried after my first trial because the makeup was horrible and the hair looked like i did it myself. The worst part was that they didnt take my suggestions and make changes.. they just said "we'll do it that way on the real day". I was so mad! And it cost $80 for the trial =/ I had only gone to this place because it was near our venue, but it was not worth it.

    Then after a few days of being mad.... I went to my trusty MAC counter in the Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia and had a great trial for FREE. A brides maid recommended her hair stylist and I loved her.
