Expessions Bridal in Mentor... Good? Bad? Ugly?

So I'm still searching for the right dress... I've narrowed down pretty much exactly what I want without actually finding THE dress.  I'm looking at the different designers different local shops cary, and it looks like Expresions Bridal in Mentor has several labels that have the type of dress I like.  BUT the reviews for the store online are HORRIBLE.  And they're recent reviews!  So I'm very hesitant to go there with all the warnings... does anyone have any good feedback about them?

    I went there and found my dress. I thought everything was fine and everyone was super nice and helpful. The only thing I will warn you about is they do not have mirrors in their changing rooms. I am a bigger girl and my dress only came in the standard sample size. So to see what it would look like on me, we tied it to my bra and panties and then I had to walk out of the dressing room to the salon to look at myself in the mirror. Other than that, they were very nice and extremely helpful.

    FYI - I did go there today to try on dresses and had a pretty good experience.  I was there in the middle of a monday though, so I was the only customer.  I didn't find THE dress, but did find two that I liked, but they wouldn't let me take pictures of them.  I went by myself and I couldn't get any photos to show my family what the dresses looked like.  I don't think that's very good customer service, it made me leave with a bad taste in my mouth.  But other than that it was fine.
