Wedding party gifts

Would giving my girls in the wedding party their "gifts" the day of my shower be too weird?  I just find it hard to make any time with them for one on one. and i would like to give them their stuff before the rehearsal.

    How long in advance is your shower? If it's only a month or two, I don't see why not, I suppose. What about the morning of the wedding? Is there a reason why it must be before the rehearsal?

    my shower is less than a month, reason because one of their gifts is a mani/pedi morning of the rehearsal.
