    Are you/they willing to drive a little bit?  I live in that area but I'm having my wedding dress altered down in RI (East Greenwich) by Sewing Creations by Rose.  Rose is super sweet and gets really good reviews.  I personally can't speak to her work as my first fitting isn't until this summer.
