Anyone here used Fetes & Events or know anyone that has?  Any comments, suggestions, anything to say about them is quite welcome :)

    Hi!  I'm not using them but I did speak to them about the Knights Loft.  And a friend of mine's best friend had her wedding there through them and said it was great.  I however, didn't like that EVERYTHING was included, and I didn't think that the people that they used were GREAT.  The flower vendor doesn't have a website, which kind of worried me.  I also didn't like how much they credited you for not using certain vendors.  Specifically I remember that they offered me $250 for not using their photographer, which doesn't really help me much.  I know this is a weird review of them, but either way I hope it helps :)

    Thanks for the input.  Every little bit of information helps.  So far I have read good reviews, but I'm sure everything isn't perfect.  I wonder if there's wiggle room with them.  We'll see Wink

    We are using them for our March wedding, in part because we are planning from away and needed a one stop shop, (couldn't travel to Miami to meet with vendors, we will be in MIA just once more before our wedding). With that said we spent about 2 months working on the contract with them until we got to what WE wanted. They worked with us and we ended up getting a much better deal that what they originally offered in their pkgs, so we basically have a costume pkg, that includes more photography hrs, votive on the tables, more flowers, etc. We have met with them in person once months after we signed everything and liked what we saw. I am not a micromanager and cant be since we are far away, but if you are, then you might not want to go with them. This is a deal where you have to trust that they will do a good job (since they will be in charge of your entire wedding) and just sit back and relax. It is not for everyone but we are very happy we went with them! Good luck!

    RENIA!!! Hey lady! I didn't know you joined the knot! I'm gonna call you today about them, I've heard they're really good, but like the previous poster said, their packages are predone and you really have to stress what YOU want. Ttyl.
