Workout check ups!

He everyone so I realized I didn't do this on Monday, sorry it's midterms week which has been super hectic for me. Also with the fact of midterms I am sad to say I have not worked out since last Wednesday but will be going again tonight, everything finally calmed down enough that i'm going to have the time again to relax for an hour. So how has eveyrone else been doing?

  • I've been doing well.  Last week wasn't awesome since I pulled my quad, but it's better this week so I'm back to a regular five-day workout schedule.  Except all I really want to do tonight is get home and put on sweatpants and make some homemade mac and cheese.  It is a rainy/snowy/plain old ugly afternoon here.

  • It has been so cold I just want comfort food and to relax... I'll work out in the spring.  It's not worth it right now.
  • Good I have been going at least 3 times a week, this week though I am just feeling blah about it. My zumba teacher kicked my booty Monday night and I am still so sore! and its that time of the month so I just want to relax and be lazy and eat comfort food. But I havent so thats good : )

  • I am still trying to get back on track with working out. Sunday I took my dogs for a nice walk which really doesn't count as a workout but at least it was exercise.

    Monday I did 45 minutes on the elliptical. I'm in Portland for work and have had a crazy meeting schedule since then, hoping to find time on Friday morning for another elliptical workout.

  • I broke my foot last august and still can't run or wear heels:/ I've been walking for now at least three or four times a week

    <div>I broke my foot in September and am still doing my "getting back to running" program my doctor designed. I basically can't run for more than 15 minutes at a time for 8 weeks. TORTURE. I've been doing Jillian Michael's DVD's 2-3x per week to get my heart rate up. Holy cow, she somehow manages to kick my butt through the TV screen!</div>
  • I am still trying to get into the habit after having stitches for 2 weeks!!  I feel like a slacker!!!

  • Last week was a bust between me and my trainer being sick.  Back on track 5 days a week with the trainer and cardio on my own.  This weather makes it damn hard to get motivated!
