Re: Florist

  • Kelley Sousa

She is amazing and will work with any budget
  • That's a lot to ask for for $2000.  I paid around $900 and had my bouquet, MOH bouquet, 2 corsages, 3 bouts and 8 centerpieces (hydrangeas and roses).  I'm not sure where you're located, but I used Barry's Flowers in Braintree and would recommend them.
  • Try Jen with the Tangled Web in Pembroke

My friend used Barry's as well and said the same thing. I'm thinking of using them myself.

  • Wow, what is left for you to do on your own? : If you're MetroWest try Mugford's in Westborough. They are doing my bouquets and bouts only and had zero problem with it, though I am a Friday bride and that may have made her more flexible.

<div>I would second Mugfords and also suggest you look into Holmes Shusas....I've worked with them before using different budgets and they've been helpful and easy to work with.  But, not sure where you are...they're in Worcester.</div>
  • I second barry's in braintree
  • Pillsbury Florist in W. Bridgewater
  • We used Cedar Grove in Dorchester--they were fantastic! We weren't asking for quite as much, and they were definitely far below your budget. Richard actually gave us a quote with a low, middle, and high version of each piece, so we could choose how big/fancy we wanted to go without losing the vision. He also had no problem with only handling some of our flowers--we ended up having our caterer handle our centerpieces.

We also got a quote from Jen with the Tangled Web, which was over $2000, again for far less flowers than you need. Just an FYI.
  • We used Suzanne Bellanger at Bella Floral Design.  Pics of our actual flowers in my bio.  You should definitely check her out.
