80 Days....

Ahhh Ok ladies I had to share.  I have 80 days until my wedding and I'm so excited I could just burst LOL.  The worst part is that I am currently taking my last 2 classes in my Master's program and find it hard to focus on graduation (in June) with the wedding.  Any good relaxation tips?  I usually go to the gym 4 times a week and that used to work but the more wedding stuff that is completed the more  anxious, excited and crazy I get.  I think I may need a mini vacay.  Help!!! LOL.

Woo-Hoo!!! It's getting down to the wire.

Do you do yoga?  That is actually fantastic for relaxation. You don't need to be perfect, but it gets you to concentrate on your breathing and really helps to get your mind off of everything except your breathing.

Also, try a massage...it may be a splurge, but at this point in time, it is probably a much-needed splurge.  I go to Kenneths.  I actually have a $10 off coupon for new customers.  If you've never been there, I'd be glad to mail it to you so you could go!

Good luck with finishing your Masters! You are awesome for finishing school and wedding planning at the same time!

Yay for 80 Days! I feel the pressure girly, right there with ya! Just make sure to get plenty of down time with yourself and focus on your mental health. When I was an RA in college we used to do stress-relief programs before finals. These tips worked on college freshman to help them loosen up a bit, maybe you could channel some of them?

    Relaxation Tips
-You can get some great guided meditation stuff from the library or online.
    - Bust out your inner child! Coloring books, shaving cream finger painting, abstract painting, board games.
    - Plenty of hot bubble baths with soothing music and candles.
    - Treat yourself (or have future hubby help out) to a massage! Which could lead to one thing or another haha
    - exercise! jogging, running are great ways to keep your mind busy.
    - Clean stuff. Not as much fun as some of the other ones, but it keeps you occupied and will make you feel accomplished if you just happen to go through all your clothes, clean out closets, and declutter some stuff.

    HTH!
