Need help finding the perfect chocolates!!

Saw these on theperfectpalette.com (my new obsession) and think they would be perfect for our wedding favors but can't figure out where they came from!! Anyone have any ideas on where to find something like these?

I know that Oriential Trading Company does personalized things like this.

Also, it may be easier to buy Hershey bars, the small ones, and then put your own labels on it. It would probably be cheaper.
