Seamstress recommendation?

Hi ladies
My wedding dress has arrived!! Now I am looking for an affordable but very talented seamstress. I live in Blue Bell so I'd prefer something in Montgomery County but would be willing to go to Chester County or Delaware County. Thanks for the help!!
