  You can either give a personalized money clip, or if they drink you can give them a personalized flask (as you can see i'm all about personalization.
  
  Or if your FI and them have something that ties them all together...like a football team or something, then maybe you can get them all shirts or jerseys and set it up so that the photographer takes pics of them on the day of the wedding (prior to the wedding of course) in those shirts!

  Theses are the gifts my FI has received as a groomsman:
  
  Personalized flask-never uses it, never took it out of the box (He drinks plenty)
  
  Personalized money clip-it's sitting in his drawer collecting dust
  
  I-tunes gift card-used within a week
  
  
  I would go with a common interest that they have like the football team, etc. or a gift certificate.
  I have seen personalized tailgate chairs, and those are pretty cool!

  Maybe get them all a gift certificate to a place they like (can be different places) for the same amount of money. Or shop for them like it's their birthday.

  You could do personalized cuff links that they can wear on the day of (if you give them the gifts at the rehearsal)  Thingsremembered has some great inexpensive ones
