  I couldn't seem to find any in bulk that were cheaper than that. Good luck! Also, check the DIY board. I think some girls did those as favors over there.
  
  Now that I think about it, they may have used little round candle votives. Smaller than a small fish bowl.

  I would ditto the Dollar Tree suggestion. If your local store doesn't have any or enough they have an online store.

  E-bay! I got 36 cylinder vases for 120$ 4 in, 7 in and 10 in 12 of each. Best deal anywhere if you ask me I'd check them out and see what you can find it is a hit or a miss but just keep looking.

  Dollar tree would probably be cheapest... but I like the idea of the miniature version with the candle holders... so cute!
