I'm looking for ideas for thank you gifts for the women who are throwing me my showers (one in my hometown, one in FI's hometown).  How much should you spend, any cute, unique ideas out there?

    i live in miami (fiance's hometown) and my wedding is in minneapolis (my hometown). for my minneapolis shower i gave my hosts a basket of florida goodies- fudge from the keys and candy made locally. for my miami shower i gave my hosts a basket of MN goodies also made locally. i had a lot of hosts for each shower, so it was a good way to share my favorite things about each place and say thank you without breaking my budget.

    I did huge coffee mugs and starbucks cards for my shower hostesses. I put them in pretty bags with tissue paper.
