I am No Longer a September 2012 Bride

Due to my FI's current health issues, we have decided to postpone our wedding until next year.  We are sad and hurt but right now we need to focus on him.  Your thoughts and prayers are appreciated. 

I am so going to miss this board.  You ladies are super awesome!!

    We just decided to push ours back to next year as well.  It truly sucks, even if it's the best thing for yourselves.  Good wishes to you and hoping his health improves! <3

    T&P to you and your FI.  If it isn't too hard for you, we hope you stop by and keep us posted.  I should have been a March 2012 bride and we postponed to spend some time to focus on some other things.  I can say it was a really great decision for us.  My would have been wedding date was a tough day but otherwise, not adding stress of the wedding to other things we were going through made all the difference.  I hope you find peace with the postponement as well.

    I am very sorry to hear this and no hard it can be. We were supposed to get married last October and pushed it back I this September because of my fiance's health issues. It was hard but I knew it was the right thing to do. Almost a year later, I am sooooo happy we did. Now my fianc is healthy and can really enjoy the wedding. And what we wanting through made us so much stronger and i can honestly I am even more excited to marry him than before. I hope the same for you.

    I am glad to hear your FI is all better.  I know it is the right thing to do but the initial decision is so, so hard to deal with yet I  know the end result will be worth it.  We have become closer and I know it will continue to make our relationship stronger just like you said.
