i only have 1 bridesmaid (MOH) and we need to find her a dress. Where else can we look besides davids bridal?? We were going to go to brides to be but online it doesnt say anything about bridesmaids dresses.
I got mine at Mariella's Creations. They have a large selection. We also looked at DB, Alfred Angelo in Manchester, and White Dress by the Shore. Mariella's had the best selection in my opinion. GL!
My BM got their dresses at Mariellas. However, my MOH did not like any of the dresses there so she got hers at Harolds. Harolds is in New Haven and has a great selection as well.
"Judging a person does not define who they are. It defines who you are."
My girls got their dresses at Bliss Bridals in Cheshire- they were great to work with and very accomodating. We also looked at Harold's in New Haven and they had a great selection, as well.
My maids haven't gotten theirs yet, but we're going this weekend to Harold's to start looking. They have a pretty good selection from what I remember seeing when I was there looking at bridal gowns.
Aurora in Guilford has all of Alfred Angelo's collection. It's a small shop, but the owner is very nice, and willing to help you with a lot of ideas/choices. She's great!
We got my MOH dress at Harold's (as well as my gown). We ordered late and they made sure to call the designer to ensure the dress would show up on time. We thought it wouldn't arrive til the start of June but it's already there.
I got mine at J.Crew. I loved them and it was very easy to exchange and return. I also looked into getting LulaKate dresses at Bella Bridesmaid and Westport but I couldn't find the right color.
I got them at Mariella's in Rocky Hill. Great selection and staff. I loved my experience at the store with my bridesmaid. Can't wait for the dresses to come in!!
I had the girls get theirs at Mariellas (because that is where I got mine). Harolds also has a really good selection. Just a thought though, since she is the only girl in the wedding party and she wouldn't have to match anyone she could go a non-traditional BM dress route. Lord and Taylor, Nordstoms and Macy's (or anywhere online) all have really good choices for dresses that would translate well for a wedding but that would easier to re-wear. This way she could have more opportunity to pick something she really likes.
My dress is from Julie Allen in Newtown. We are also going to check there for bridesmaids dresses because I like a lot of the Dessy ones and that store carries that brand.
are any of those places affordable i have a huge wedding party 5 brides mades 1 junior brides made and my moh i dont want them to spend more than 150 on a dress is that fesable at any of these places
Totally unconventional... but my girls got theirs online from Victoria's Secret. They are multi-way tops and the color is the perfect shade of blue!! I found that most dresses made specifically for bridesmaids can't really be worn again, so we decided to go with those.
Re: where did you get your bridesmaids dresses?

I got mine at Simply Couture in North Haven, CT. very cute shop!
