I celebrated by officially asking my bridesmaids. I sent them cupcakes in a jar, with spoons etched with their names and "Will you be my bridesmaid?" on it, and a cloth napkin with their initial and hand-crocheted detail around it. It sounds a little weird. But it's cute. :) I would upload a picture but my computer is being weird.

I feel like in some ways, I'm way ahead of schedule, but I really need to knock out some things before the holidays are here and before I start training for another marathon. I'm in a lull right now. Actually, I need to get an officiant. We have the ceremony location, photographer, dj, decorator, reception location and caterer, videographer, and now my dress and bridesmaids...but no officiant. I have to get on that like, this month.

    Me too!!!!  We celebrated by eating a picnic dinner in the park where we're getting married (the venue is a mansion in the park, but there was a wedding there tonight so we couldn't get too close), and our dessert was the mini cupcakes we're planning on getting for our wedding!  My fiance kept calling today our -1 year wedding anniversary.  So cute!
