SONGS... I need your help

Okay wonderful ladies I need your help.

What is your recessional song??? Father Daughter dance??? and your first dance song??? I'm having trouble making decisions.

We are looking at Love of a Lifetime by Firehouse or Lucky by Jason Mraz and Colbie Calait for our first dance and I have no idea for the recessional or father daughter dance.

    My father daughter dance song is going to be My Little Girl by Tim McGraw and for the recessional I'm leaning towards Spring from the Four Seasons by Vivaldi. Our first dance song will either be Call Me Irresponsible or Fly Me to the Moon by Frank Sinatra. We are still working on that one.

    Ceremony: bridal party walking down to "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" (the tropical version on the ukalaia) me and dad walking down to "Say What You Need to Say" by John Mayer, but only the instrumentals-no singing

    1st Dance: "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz

    Dad/Daughter Dance: "All You Need Is Love" by the Beatles (still thinking on this one though)

    We are still trying to figure out what to play for reception introductions for the wedding party and us.

    I really wanted it personal, My processional was "At Last" Etta James for the bridesmaid, then I entered to "In the Arms of an Angel" Sara McGloughlin. Recessional we used the  instrumental theme song  from "True Romance" We entered the reception to Shrek "Im a Believer"  all these were chosen based on very personal experiences and shared interests between us.... hope this helps!     Processional:  at a church so Im thinking Pachebel Canon in D

    1st Dance:  You are the Best thing by Ray Lamontange, or something by Michael Buble.....we both wanted something a bit fast we could really dance to and we never had a song that was "ours" so we are just picking something we both like.    I do like "Lucky" a lot too!!!! 

    Father/Daugther:  Not sure......Isn't she lovely, Somewhere over the rainbow, or my girl?

    For our first dance, we used "Fly Me to the Moon".  For our Father/Daughter we used "The Way you Look Tonight" (it is used in Father of the Bride). 

    I will say, using older, classic songs is nice and the advantage is that it doesnt go out of style and you will hear it often.  My husband is currently deployed, some days when Im missing him most I will be out at a restaurant or store and hear our first dance song.  Always makes me smile.
