Second Wedding Invitations - question about last name!

This will be my second wedding and I currently still go by my married last name.  I was onyl married for about 2 years the first time around and a lot of people don't even know me by my married name (or are just more familiar with my maiden name).
When doing my invitations do I use my current name (with my ex-husband's last name) or my maiden name??

    When you got married the first time did you legally change your name to your first husband's?  If so, I believe that is your name.  I would think you would use it.  If you never changed from your maiden name legally, maybe only using your married name socially or something, then your maiden name would be your legal name.

    I legally changed it the first time.  All documents say my married name, socially and professionally I go by my married name.

    Use your legal name as that's how your going to sign your marriage liscense.
