DMV brides: i need a florist! HELP!

ok, so i *HAD* a florist--who is a good friend of my mom's, but we haven't heard from her in a while. she had me email her all the specs of the ceremony and reception space back in October and then she would draw up a proposal based on the specs and the number of guests (blah blah blah). 

long story short, i kept emailing her about sending me a quote and she would just never get back to me. soooooo my parents drove by the shop the other day just in passing only to find out that the shop has a FOR SALE sign up and it is completely EMPTY!

i'm trying not to panic.

    i never know how to answer the budget question :-/ but my aunt is paying for the floral arrangements so i'd say $2000-3000.
