Engagement Pic Outfits? Help!

FI and I are getting our e-pics done on Sunday... I thought I had my outfit picked out but the shirt is a button up with blue and white vertical stripes (very small stripes). Will this photograph well?? I am so discouraged because I can't get the outfit I wanted to wear (I have no job at the moment... ugh...). My FI loves the button up shirt with my dark jeans and black heels, but it's not what I wanted to wear at all. But, I guess since he loves it that is all that matters :) Since this is probably what I will most likely wear, I am worried the stripes won't photograph very well. What do you all think?

    i think they will photograph just fine. are you using a professional photographer? outside or in? i wouldn't worry about that. i took two outfits and changed real fast to do some in a diff outfit. will they allow you to do that? i had a dress for some and jeans for another but you could do another jeans outfit if you wanted to in case you are worried. i had a shirt that i put on over top of another one and took it off later so it almost looked like 3 outfits! try something like that!

    Yay for E-pics! So I have a couple of comments....

    1. You mentioned the stripes are small so it doesn't sound like a problem. If you already own this shirt I'm assuming you like the way you look in it. I am bust heavy so I don't like nor do I buy shirts with horizontal stripes because I look horrible.

    2. If FI loves you in it then go for it! I wouldn't worry about buying something new. Go with something natural that captures how the two of you look everyday. I think you will look back and cherish.

    3. Good luck! Come back with pics.

    you'll be fine! is there something small you can do to jazz it up so YOU feel better about it? can you play with accessories or maybe splurge for a $5 hair flower or pair of earrings? sometimes when i'm feeling blue about finances all i need is a small item to jazz up the things I already own. good luck! have fun!

    If the stripes are small enough, it should look just fine.  I'd just advise against anything too busy, especially if your pictures are outdoors.  Hopefully the weather holds out for you tomorrow!
