Celebration brunch

Hello all!! My fiancé and I are having a destination wedding but for those friends and family that can't make it I would like to host a celebratory brunch in December . I am looking in central/northern nj and would prefer not to spend a ton of money as the budget is tight. If you have any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it and if you have general pricings that would be very helpful too!! Thanks in advance!!

    It would be like 75-100 people and I'd like to spend no more then $2000 that would be on the higher side!
