Ideas for having an eco-friendly wedding?

My fiance and I are trying to plan an earth-friendly wedding in the Harrisburg/Lancaster/York area. Any ideas for organic caterers? Or "green" favors? Eco-friendly flowers? I haven't found that many resources in our area. Thanks for your help!

We used only locally grown flowers so our wedding date was deermined by the flowers I wanted to use.

We did not do favors, donations to a charity instead.

I collected all the items we needed for decorations, center peices, and so forth- then after the wedding donated the items to a charity that has formal benefit events. It is nice to go to a charity event and see items from our wedding being used to decorate the ballroom

You can talk to your caterer and request they purchase only organic/local or fair trade food.
