I am helping a friend plan her wedding in AZ (I was married in Ohio 17 days ago and am still slightly obsessed with planning

. Can anyone recommend a photographer? Budget approx $2000, photojournalistic style. ANy recs to get my search ( I mean her search) started would be great. TIA!

We just started working with Laurie, her packages are in the range you are looking for and along with the wedding day it included the engagement session and a in-home spa day for me and my BMs (which I'm scheduling for right before the wedding). We just finished our engagement session and she was very easy to work with, she showed us some teaser shots while we were out taking pics and I can't WAIT until we get the disk after her edit and have her shoot the wedding. My photographer is not in her price range, so I am not going to recommend her (although she is amazing), but another photographer we looked at, who I know is amazing, is Jennifer with O'Grace photography. I have worked with her a lot at my old job and she is great!

Try Moments in Film Photography, Jacquelyn is doing our engagements and our wedding! She has great rates and you get a CD WITH the rights to make copies with most of the packages. She charges by the hour for something like what you have in mind and the rates are super you can email the owner, Jacquelyn at jacquelyn.phillips@momentsinfilm.com .
