    Go me:

I just finished P90x Plyo--my heart rate was up HIGH the whole time. There is nothing better than feeling a bead of sweat run down your face--makes you feel like you are actually working.

    Bad me:

I'm on like, Day 57 of P90x and haven't really followed the nutrition plan at all

I'm also going to stop at Society Bakery with a friend and get a cupcake today as we go drive our the M-Streets and White Rock to check out areas to live in.

I have been terrible this week.  I did work out this morning, but other than that...bad bad bad.  I will not reach my goal weight by the cruise.

I made rotel dip (with sausage) and ate at Fireside Pies over the weekend.  Let's just say I won't be doing that again anytime soon.

On a better note, I am back on track with eating this week, I walked 4 miles Monday, went to kickboxing last night and will be in the gym tonight and Saturday for sure.

Well, I came down with a stomach bug Monday that knocked me out until today, BUT I attended prenatal yoga on Saturday and will go again tomorrow. I also will go to cycling tonight.

And I've been on the gatorade diet...good for baby, bad for my taste buds.

I have been doing good this week, on track with points and have worked out M & T, going running W, Th, S and the gym on Friday. Run on is kicking my rear end but it is good!

Last week I sucked it up though business travel kills my diet.

If the scales are right, I lost 8 lbs in a week.  I've been working out and watching what I eat for the most part.  Every now and then I slip up and have something I probably shouldn't but I'm proud of myself.

I have done bad this week. I have been a little depressed about my weight and more importantly my daughters weight. We weighed in yesterday and I had to go to my room to cry. I was so sad that I have let my daughters weight get so out of hand. I do not want her to be like me.

Okay time to stop whining and make some serious changes in my house. The wedding is getting everyone in the family very motivated to finally lose this weight and become healthier people. I am excited. I am praying that next Wednesday I will have some good news to share.

Yesterday my doctor got onto me for gaining 10 pounds since she last saw me, which was in September. But I am noticing my pants aren't fitting me, my shirts are all shrinking (or I'm growing Wink), and I am getting lazier. I need to do something about this "happy weight" I've gained. I have a membership to the gym, but it's honestly become a waste of money. I don't have the motivation to go to the gym. I really want to look into getting the P90X. If I can workout in the comfort fo my own home, I think I'll do better.

By the way, Steph, I've seen you at the gym the last few times I came by. Never get the chance to say hi because DH has me working my butt off Laughing

I walked 2-3 miles both today and yesterday with my dogs. It's a start... Plus, I've been eating well the past couple of days. I hope next week that I'll report that I kept it up...

I got in 5 workouts (or at least 30 mins of physical activity) last week, but had date night and didn't work out this weekend.  I did lose 2 pounds so I'm happy with that start.  I've been to the gym twice so far this week, and did the Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD yesterday.

I was doing pretty good with the eating, but did succumb to chips and dips with Chris.

It's been an "eh" week.  No real gain or loss.  I was doing well on my routine last week, but got thrown off by the cold weather (they closed the yoga studio).  Also wasn't good about watching what I ate over the weekend.  This week I've started strong, and let's see how it goes.  I'm already feeling a bit better doing the 30 day shred workouts than I was when I started, so I suppose that's progress.

I lost 2 pounds.... not much I know but its better than nothing.   I've been to the gym a few times and have tried out the 30 day shred.

Ok, I seriously thought those things were kind of a joke.   I started on Level 2 and I have to say it seems pretty effective.  I'm gonna do it most days if for nothing more to get additional arm and ab workouts.  Of course I'm using in in addition to my regular workout routines.

morning workout number 2 complete.. cold shower number 2 complete :(

I can't wait for all of the resolutioners who are going to give up.. to go ahead and go. If they stick around.. more power to them, but every year.. the gym is super crowded through January.

Bad: my boss took us out to lunch today to an italian restaurant.. I had every intention on ordering a salad, but I couldn't pass up order pasta (and desert)

I've been working out everyday and sticking to the P90x food plan. Since last Wednesday I have lost an additional 1 1/2 pounds. To bad I didn't start this workout plan before my wedding day.

Nae, I know exactly what you mean.  I try to avoid the gym during January because there are way too many people.  I tried to go yesterday during lunch but that didn't work due to 24 Hour Fitness not having their crap straight.  Ironically I lost about 1.5 lbs since Monday....how I don't know because I haven't worked out since last week.

Nae and TCU - same thing happened to me.   I was 15 minutes early to cycle class on Wednesday and it was completely full.   So I went upstairs and every single treadmill was full.   Nothing like waiting to work out... I like to waste my time. =)

I feel y'all, I just want my gym back!

Saturday morning, I got up to go to Pilates and Zumba like I usually do on Saturdays, but after watching my roommate take about 10 minutes to get her car out of the icy driveway, I thought better of it. But really, that's about the worst of my week.

I went to Sculpt class on Monday for the first time since November, I think. I am still sore today, but I love it. And today I was dragging all morning, so I drank half of a 5 hour energy, and within 15 minutes I felt great! Not bouncing off the walls, just ready to get through a long intense workout. I may starting keeping those on hand for days when I need a little extra motivation.

Tiffany, when you said that you thought 30 day shred was a joke, did you mean you thought that before doing it or while you were doing it?  I don't want to waste my time doing something uneffective, but a friend convinced me I should give it a shot for a month.

FI has been complaining about the gym being ridiculously crowded too... he's been getting up early and probably will until February.

I started Shred again (which I don't think is a joke, btw.  Jillian yelled at me the whole time for locking her in the cabinet for 2 months).  I also started running again.  How quick you lose endurance!!  But I'm on the right track...
