So FI wanted to have ushers to escort guest to their seats. One was going to be his cousin and my little sisters boyfriend. Well cousin just FB msg me and said he wont be able to do it. So that leaves sis bf.

Should I just eliminate him too and have the GMs pose as ushers ?

You could keep him and still use him as we'll as with the GM just leave out the BM....HTH

I would keep him. Who is walking the mothers (or mother representative) down the aisle? He can do that.

Plus, you never know what last minute thing might come up that you may need him for.

O yea..I didnt think about that. He can walk my mom down. They are pretty close. FI mom will walk with FI dad.
