Robertson's Flowers vs. Carl Alan

Anyone have thoughts on one of these florists vs. the other? I met with both and am leaning towards Carl Alan, but Robertson's quote came back around $600-700 cheaper! Eek!  Just wondering if anyone has had good/bad experiences with them...

    Carl Alan is great!!! I know him personally and love him. I highly recommend him.

    I am using Carl Alan and I love them. Did you tell them they might be a little outside your budget? Because I did and they worked with me.

    I was really blown away by their excellent customer service. We were there for our consultation the day before the hurricane this year and they were including a second set of personal flowers for the whole wedding party for the wedding they were doing the next day just in case the first set would get ruined going between where they were getting ready, ceremony & reception. They really stand behind their name.

    Also, I went to the consultation with the proposal from another florist and had them mock up what my bouquet from the other florist would look like and I hated it! The colors of the flowers and the look of them together were not at all what I thought they would be. So I worked with Adam to make something I like. I would have been so disappointed on my wedding day if I had gone with the other florist. I feel very much at ease knowing exactly what my bouquet will look like on my wedding day.

    I used to work at Robertson's when I was in high school. The flowers are really high end and gorgeous!...but it's been ages since I've been to the shop! I might be a little biased, but I don't think you can go wrong with them!

    Thanks everyone. Seems like it's a landslide on referrals. I felt most comfortable with Adam at Carl Alan, but maybe I'll see if we can rework the price a bit.
