BROOKLAKE COUNTRY CLUB A++++++.......I do not have one bad thing to say about Brooklake, we worked with Peter the entire planning process and was amazing. The grounds here are absolutely breathtaking and the food was amazing. My guests are still calling me and telling me about what a great time they had and hom amazing the food was. The ballroom was breathtaking, they just re carpeted the entire place and redid all the cusions on the chair as well, it had such a elegant not over the top feel to it. I would recomend this place to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced (for North Jersey) venue.
ST.ANTHONYS CHURCH, BUTLER A+...Working with St. Anthonys was a great eperience, the priest met with us a few times before the ceremony to get to know us and he really made the ceremony very intimate for us. The air conditioning broke a few days before my wedding so at the rehearsal it was about 90 degrees in there but the church figured out a way to get it fixed and running by our ceremony.
POSH ENTERTAINMENT A++++++++......An awesome DJ was at the top of priority list and Mikey B from POSH entertainment did not disappoint. He kept all my guests on the dance floor all night and played amazing music. He also provided a photo booth and complete uplighting for the night which added an extra special touch. Anyone looking for a great DJ who doesnt do any of that cheesey stuff def give POSH entertainment a call.
PINK DAHLIA A+++++++++.....I have known Kim, the owner of Pink Dahlias for many years so when I got engaged I knew I had to use her for our flowers and thank god I did. When I first met with her I gave her my vision and budget and she went with it. My flowers were absolutely breathtaking, even m photographer said she had never seen a more beautiful bouquet before. Our centerpieces were just perfect so many guests came up to me and complimented me on them, they def pulled the whole room together. And Kim is amazing to work with! STARK STUDIOS....A+++++++...I had a bunch of friends who used Linda at Stark Studios for their wedding and the pictures were amazing so after I got engaged I went right to her office and booked her on the spot. She has this way of making everyone feel so relaxed and capturing the most amazing photos. I cant wait til I get to see all my proofs.
GINA BROZON A+++++++++......wow is all I can say about Gina. About three weeks before my wedding my original makeup artist I had my trial with cancelled on me out of the blue. I heard about Gina on these boards before so I figured I would give her a call and see if by a slim chance she would have my date open, and she did! She arrived at my parents house on time and did myself and 5 of my bridesmaids. She did a outstanding job, she was so nice to just sit back and talk to and shes very talented at what she does.
SANTOS LIMO A++++++.....We got a 22 party bus from Santos and everything went perfect. The driver was on time and very professional...I have used Santos in the past and have never been disappointed.
HAMILTON PARK HOTEL C-......this was the only slip up of the whole day. Let me first start out by saying the hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were very clean and nice, and the catering staff I spoke to before the wedding was great. However the night of the wedding the shuttles were late bringing people to the wedding as well as picking people up at the Brooklake and bringing them back to the hotel. My husband and I and about 30 guests had to wait at least a half hour after the wedding to get picked up. Also when I choose this hotel they told me the bar downstairs was open until 2 am, back at the hotel the bartended called last call at 1 am and kicked everyone out. When we asked why they were very rude and noone gave us a straight answer. I wish I looked at other hotels before booking this one
