Need Help: Check my liquor list?

Hi All-
We are gearing up, wedding in 12 days :)  We are putting final touches on the liquor list and I wanted to see what y'all thought.

This is for 4 hour in suite reception  for 40 people. 10 light drinkers, 15 average and 15 heavy

2 liters Vodka
2 Rum
1 Whisky

4 cases of beer ( variety of light domestic and import)
8 bottles of wine* ( 4 white/4 red)
7 bottles of champagne for toasting
*We have less wine drinkers so took some out of this catagory and added to beer and liquor amounts.

Also, does anyone have a decent calculator to figure out quantity of mixers and non alcoholic bevs? We are thinking we'll do cola and diet cola, clubsoda, tonic, OJ and cranberry, sprite and diet sprite.

TIA!!

I might go with two 1.5's on the vodka, the rest looks fine.

I'd go with eight two liters each of coke/diet coke (or pepsi), four two liters of club soda/seltzer, two OJ boxes, two jugs of cranberry (typical size Ocean Spray type plastic jugs, they're probably about a liter each), two each sprite/diet sprite.  I'm not sure if it's worth getting any tonic as I don't think too many people really drink vodka tonics and I've never heard of rum or whiskey mixing with that, really just gin.  I think this is an over estimate but better safe than sorry and two liters of soda don't really cost that much.

Where's the gin? Smokey would be rolling over- well- her empty glass that is used to hold gin.

Do you know how mnay white wine drinkers you have?  For my group the ratio of red to white drinkers is 2 to 1, so I had twice as much red as white.

    No gin.

Tis a crime. That's what it is.

At our after party with maybe 20 people we went through 3 liters of vodka and 1 liter of rum and tons of mixers.  We had OJ, Cranberry, Coke, Tonic, club soda, pineapple juice, 7-up.  And yes, many people had vodka tonics.  I like the flavor of tonic moreso than soda.  Also, we had a bunch of red bulls too.

We did bottle service LAST year in a club and the Maker's Mark didn't really go over.  I am not sold on doing one bottle of whisky unless you have whisky drinkers in your group and if you do you need to know if they are bourbon, Scotch whisky or Irish Whiskey drinkers.  Buy accordingly.

At our RD (29 guests) we burned through 2 cases of beer, 5 bottles of red, 1 bottle of white and 11 bottles of sparkling wine.

    Don't buy gin.

It's an acquired taste and most people have not acquired it.
