so excited ! first vendor visit today !

we're off to arnaldo's in riverview today, I'm super excited to see our first place. we have one or two more to look at as well as this one. hoping it goes well, i'll let ya know how it goes when we're done !!! 

p.s. i'm also bringing a notepad to write down everything is that okay?

    Congrats! 

    Definitely bring a notebook for notes.  Looking at multiple places will get confusing and that way you have something to go back to when you are deciding.

    thanks :) we both really liked it and we got a bunch of pamphlets about it with prices and he gave us the info. it's about 20 minutes away, so we have to try and make sure people want to drive as we have some older guests. it's between us and family that lives about 40 minutes away so it works out though. i liked it, and the guy seemed really nice. plus the room was already set up for a wedding that was about the same amount of people we'd have at our wedding. we have one or two more places to go look at though. :D

    crystal gardens in southgate and then its one here clsoe to home called st. georges (very small place) I'm looking at it more for my parents, because I dont think its too bad to drive 20 minutes for a reception. I'm more looking forward too crystal gardens, but arnaldo's is cheaper right now it looks like. depending on crystal gardens and their fee for the room and i haven't been able to see a menu for appetizers if they do them. 

    i really really really wanted to have it at the grecian center, but we dont have enough people for a saturday and that was the best day for us and our family. i would've loved to have the ceremony and party there but having around 100 people didn't work out :(

    20 minutes to a reception is nothing!

    I've had a 40+ minute drive for wedding and then another 30+ to the reception hall.

    I LOVE ARNALDOS!!! We booked our wedding there. Ive had several family members hold events there and have all been very pleased. Glad your appointment went well! Best of luck deciding!

    thanks !! i really wish we could've got the larger room, its so nice ! and I love the bar, but dont think we have enough :( oh well, its still nice there. we'll see how next weekend goes !!! although i'll be honest, we already chose what we'd like to have on the menu at arnaldo's haha.
