shoes... where to buy?

I am going to be buying two pairs... one pair of sexy bridal heels... ivory with bling or lace or something thats WOW.
and one pair of flats. which could be old navy flip flops for all I care... I just want to be comfortable.
FI and I are pretty much the same height, so the heels will just be for pics...
I dont want to spend more than $100 on the heels...
any ideas of what or where to buy?
