Hostess Gifts

How much is everyone spending on your hostess gifts for the people throwing your bridal shower? I'm not sure what I should set as a minimum/limit...

Also, I have a MOH and 3 BM's... they are all listed on the invitation as "hosting", however I know that only 2 of them are actually throwing the shower. The other 2 live out of state and aren't really contributing to the shower, although I believe they are flying in to attend.  Do I get all 4 of them a gift, or just the two that I know really threw the shower?  I won't be handing out the gifts in front of everyone, I will do it privately, so it won't be a big presentation or anything to make people feel awkward.

    Etiquette requires that you write each of the (4) hosts a thank you note. Gifts are not necessary.

    this. As for the other two who live out of state, they may be helping pay for the shower and you may not be aware of this. Treat all 4 the same.
