Snarky Brides

I have a very feisty family.....

I am recently engaged and am now looking for a wedding planner.  I was wondering if anyone has had any good experiences with a wedding planner who not only was good at planning/organization/details but also did a good job of keeping everyone happy and isn't afraid to tell it like it is if someone steps out of line.  Any suggestions?

Try your local boards. Good luck.

  • You may want to try this on your local board.

And after reading again, I'm wondering what this entails.

  • I would hope your family is mature enough that they can pull it together and act like adults for one day.

I used a DOC, and this wasn't one of the services she offered.  Sounds like you need a bouncer.

yeah you need to try your local for actual recs.

As far as the telling it like it is- do you mean moreso advocating for what you would want when dealing with vendors? Mine was awesome at that.

ETA: Reading post title fail. Yeah, you need a bouncer or security.
