Welcome letter

I'm trying to write the welcome letter to go in the OOT bags. The letter will include a timeline of the weekend and lists of where to eat and stuff to do for people coming in early. It will also tell them to join us in the suite for snacks, cake, games, and general hanging out. The bag will also have snacks and other stuff. I need a short note to put at the begining and I can't think of anything to say that doesn't come off as a form letter. Help!

    Welcome to the land of country music, sweet tea and true southern hospitality! Welcome to Tennessee. We are so happy that the day has finally come and that you have traveled so far to be a part of it. We will remember this day for years to come, it won’t be the dancing, the music, the flowers, it will be that our day was shared with our friends and family. Thank you so much for being an important part of our lives and with us as we take the next step on our journey together. Included in this basket are snacks and drinks, just a small thank you from us to you. You will also find enclosed the itinerary as well as directions to the venue.
