Buckeye Bridal Bash

Anyone going to the Buckeye Bridal Bash on Sunday at The Ohio Union? 

I've got most of my vendors, but, we're getting married there, so I want to go. My girlfriend still has lots of vendors she needs, so I'm going with her. Just wondering if anyone else is going!

    It's $6 if you pre-register. I think there's a pass somewhere at The Ohio Union for brides to get in for $2.....but I'm not near campus, so I can't tell you for sure.

    I got a postcard in the mail that lets brides and grooms in for $2 each.  I have all of my vendors but one of my BFF's and Bridesmaids is getting married 2 months after me so we are going to check it out.  Plus it never hurts to see some other options.  We had talked to a cater from my hometown and were going to sign with them then we went on a whim to the Aladdin Shrine Bridal Show (which kinda sucked) but we found the caterer of our dreams.  We ended up signing with them instead :-)

    I think I'm going.  I really need to talk to some vendors but I need to get organized first! I got a $2 admission postcard too.

    i guess if you go to the discount ticket counter (on the ground floor at the union) you can get the $2 tickets.

    Im going! and I just registered online for my $2 off coupon...  http://www.columbusbridalshow.com/ there is a link on the right hand side to register and you can print off the coupon!

    Anyone else go today?  It was my first expo ever and I enjoyed myself for the most part.  I was VERY disappointed that they had the 'giveaways'/cake digging thing at 1:30pm even though it said very clearly that every bride would have a chance to participate, not mentioning the time!  I got there around 215pm and was sad :(

    I thought that there were WAY too many photographers and not enough bakers.  The DJ's were a bit cheesy but I guess that's to be expected.  I also enjoyed the Trumpington bridal show and liked some of the options - even if they were terribly ill-fitting on the models (felt sorry for the girl who's strap kept falling down! Yikes).

    Loved the string quartet at the entrance and they even played a Radiohead song for us to hear!  (I want to walk down the aisle to Radiohead, so this was a treat)  They'd never played it before but printed out the music and did an awesome job winging it.

    Good time all around.  Fiance even seemed to enjoy himself!  Bonus.
