I have gotten out of my routine of going to Zumba classes 3 times a week. I still maintain a decent diet but it could probably be improved with less processed snacks and eat more fruits and vegetables.
Now...I am struggling getting back into my routine - HELP?!?! I have my first dress fitting next Saturday the 26th and My wedding is August 17th and still wanting to lose 10lbs and tone up. With my first dress fitting next week should I just accept the weight I am at or still try to shoot for my goal?
